1 Year Limited Guarantee

If a plant dies (that is not excluded by the terms of the guarantee) after being planted in accordance with the steps provided in our planting and watering guides within the first year, we will then replace it at no charge with proof of purchase. You will need to provide the original register receipt and the dead plant material including the root ball. This is limited to a one time replacement of the plant or a store credit for the original purchase price. We do not give cash refunds.

Terms of the Guarantee: (Revised December 21, 2021) 

1. We do not guarantee plants that have been damaged, abused, neglected, or killed by means of extreme weather, actions of a person, animal, or insect (including, but not limited to, early and late frosts, wind, and extreme rain or drought).

2. All plants must be planted in the ground with properly amended soil and watered regularly according to our Planting and Watering Guides. We do not guarantee plants planted in containers or in planters.

3. We do not guarantee products sold on clearance sale, discounted, or special promotions.

4. The following products are not covered under our guarantee, but are guaranteed to be healthy and true to name at the time of purchase:

 -Annual flowers (Pansies, Petunias, Impatiens, Begonias, etc.)

-Vegetable plants and Herbs

-Hanging baskets or combination planters

-Houseplants and Tropical plants

-Rhododendron, Mountain Laurel, Daphne, Pieris, and Leucothoe

-All Cedrus and Spruce species including Live Christmas Trees

-Plants grown in planters or containers

-Plants cold hardy to zone 8 or greater (Pittosporum, Fatsia, 'Purple Pixie' Loropetalum, Bayleaf, etc.)

-Tender perennials (Lantana, Verbena, Callas, Setcreasea, etc.)

-Dogwood, Cherry and Prunus Trees

-Other plants not covered may be labeled with a “No Warranty” tag 

5. We do not guarantee any plants sold to Commercial Accounts or sold to Landscape Contractors.
