Dry Goods and Other Non-plant Items

A dry good or other non-plant item may be returned within 14 days if the item is in its original condition and is accompanied by the original register receipt.

Note: Loyalty members have receipts on file that we can look up in store.

Special Orders

Special orders require a 50% deposit and are not returnable.

Open Products

Products that are opened are not eligible for return unless determined faulty by a Head-Lee Customer Service Representative.

Please see the manufacturer’s warranty information on the product’s packaging.

Seasonal Items

All seasonal items sold on clearance or on sale are not refundable.

Plants

A plant that is eligible for return must 1) be in its original and salable condition, 2) be in its original container, and 3) be accompanied by its original register receipt.  Plants may be returned up to 7 days from the purchase date.  Eligible plants cannot have been installed in the ground.

All plants must be inspected by a Head-Lee Customer Service Representative.  Plants that have been allowed to get dry or that have been damaged cannot be returned.

Head-Lee Nursery recommends that all plant material be installed in the ground as soon as possible after purchase to avoid dehydration and damage.
