One-Year Limited Guarantee
We will replace a plant if it dies within its first year, and if the plant is planted in accordance with our Planting Guide and Watering Guide. Simply bring in the plant’s original register receipt and the dead plant material (including the rootball).
The One-Year Limited Guarantee can be used once per calendar year, and you can receive 1) a one-time replacement of the plant or 2) store credit for the original purchase price. Cash refunds are not available.

Exclusions and Terms of the One-Year Limited Guarantee:

Eligible plants cannot have been damaged, abused, neglected, or killed by means of extreme weather, actions of a person, animal, or insect (including, but not limited to, early and late frosts, wind, and extreme rain, or drought).
Plants must be planted in the ground with properly amended soil according to our Planting Guide.
Plants must be watered regularly according to our Watering Guide.
Plants planted in containers or in planters are not eligible for the guarantee.
Products sold on clearance, sale, discounted, or through special promotions are not eligible for the guarantee.
Products sold to commercial accounts or to landscape contractors are not eligible for the guarantee.
While we guarantee the following products to be healthy and true to the name at the time of purchase, they are not eligible for the guarantee:
Annual flowers (ex. begonias, impatiens, pansies, petunias, etc.)
Cedrus (cedar) species
Cherry trees
Combination planters
Daphne
Dogwood trees
Hanging baskets
Herbs
Houseplants
Leucothoe
Mountain Laurel
Pieris
Plants cold hardy to zone 8 or greater (ex. bayleaf, fatsia, Loropetalum, Pittosporum, etc.)
Plants labeled with a “No Warranty” tag
Prunus trees
Rhododendron
Spruce species (includes live Christmas tress)
Tender perennials (ex. callas, lantana, Setcreasea, verbena, etc.)
Tropical plants
Vegetable plants
