Full-Time

  • 5 days per week

  • 8–9 hour shifts each day

  • Must work Saturdays

Part-Time

  • 3 days per week

  • Specifically: Friday, Saturday, Monday

  • 8–9 hour shifts each day

Shop Position Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Run a Point of Sale (POS) register

  • Lift 40 lbs of bagged soils

  • Load carts of plants into customers’ vehicles

  • Work in 90°+ weather

  • Provide friendly customer service

  • Take initiative

  • Be reliable and responsible

  • Multi-task

  • Work under pressure

  • Be adaptable and a quick learner

Greenhouse Position Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Complete daily 2–3 hour watering periods (morning & evening)

  • Lift 40 lbs of bagged soils

  • Load carts of plants into customers’ vehicles

  • Work in 90°+ weather

  • Provide friendly customer service

  • Take initiative

  • Be reliable and responsible

  • Multi-task

  • Work under pressure

  • Be adaptable and a quick learner
