Full-Time

  • 5 days per week

  • 8-hour shifts each day

  • Must work Saturdays

Shop Position Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Operate a Point of Sale (POS) register

  • Demonstrate floral and creative design skills

  • Take initiative and stay self-motivated

  • Work well as part of a team

  • Be detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible

  • Multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Work in extreme heat for hours at a time

  • Lift 40–50 lbs. throughout the day

  • Load carts of plants into customers’ vehicles

  • Work Saturdays

Greenhouse Position Requirements

Must be able to:

  • Complete daily 2–3 hour watering periods

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Take initiative and stay self-motivated

  • Work well as part of a team

  • Be detail-oriented, reliable, and responsible

  • Multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • Remain on your feet for extended periods

  • Work in extreme heat for hours at a time

  • Lift 40–50 lbs. throughout the day
